General RingSpaces Questions

What are the coworking space’s hours of operation?

Non-members and first-time users can access daily offices or conference rooms during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Members have extended access from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, seven days a week.

Where are you located, and is parking available?

We are located in Downtown Fredericksburg, directly across from the train station. Parking is available for all visitors and members for free.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Yes, you are welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, water, and snacks.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

For hourly or daily plans, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking to receive a refund. Monthly memberships require a cancellation notice two weeks prior to the payment date.

Is the coworking space pet-friendly?

Yes, we are pet-friendly. Dogs must be leashed outside of private offices, and we do not allow dogs that bark excessively or behave poorly around people.

What’s the policy for guests and children?

Monthly members can bring guests up to three times per week. Children are not allowed in the coworking area during business hours unless attending a private event.

What are the hourly and daily coworking options?

You can book space by the hour or day in any of our areas, including the Depot area, Dedicated Desks, or Private Offices.

Can I reserve a desk in advance, or is it first-come, first-served?

Desks can be reserved up to 30 days in advance, subject to availability.

Are there any packages or discounts for frequent users?

We are located in Downtown Fredericksburg, directly across from the train station. Parking is available for all visitors and members for free.

What amenities are included with the hourly/daily plans?

Amenities include access to the Depot area, kitchen with appliances, fresh craft coffee and gourmet teas, secure Wi-Fi, Kisi security access, and invitations to happy hours and events.

Yes, we offer bookable meeting rooms and a phone booth in the Depot area for focused work.

Can small businesses use the coworking space for meetings or events?

Absolutely. You can rent our facilities, including the Depot area, the hall, or meeting rooms, for business events.
